Because we have the drive to support your dreams

The founder

Anthony Jarrett is a father, in‑law, grandfather, and godfather who is compassionate, caring, supportive, and deeply dedicated to helping others. Rather than entering the disability sector as an entrepreneur, he is a support worker who built a business around his passion for people, enabling meaningful impact for those he serves. His greatest strength is that he isn’t what most expect—his approach is shaped by the insights and wisdom of the people he supports, guiding every aspect of his service

Mission

At the heart of our work is a commitment to delivering person‑centred support that empowers individuals and strengthens communities. We are guided by our core values.

Our values are not just words—they are the foundation of our daily practice and the standard by which we measure our impact.

Experience & Qualifications

Anthony Jarrett has supported people with disabilities across a wide range of service environments.

Throughout his career, he has obtained extensive qualifications, including a Diploma of Disability, Certificate IV in Disability, Certificate IV in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate III in Disability, and Certificate III in Aged Care.  Ongoing updates ensure compliance, industry currency and best practice standards for optimum

Values

• Culture: We honour the diverse backgrounds, traditions, and lived experiences of those we support. Our services are culturally responsive, inclusive, and grounded in genuine understanding.

• Respect: We treat every person with dignity, empathy, and professionalism. Respect shapes our relationships—with clients, families staff, and the broader community.

• Integrity: We act with honesty, transparency, accountability with a commitment in all that we do and every service we deliver.

Training and Assessment

Anthony Jarrett brings over 12 years of experience as a Trainer and Assessor, supported by the most current industry qualifications. His background includes working within social security and playing a key role in the rollout of the MyAgedCare portal to ACAT Managers and CHISP assessors across multiple regions.

This includes partnering with RTOs across NSW, QLD, and the NT, supporting both existing workers seeking to upskill and individuals who are new to the industry.

Anthony Jarrett is the founder and director of BCDSS, he is a support worker with over 20 years experience and multiple qualifications in disability support, nursing and training and assessment in the community services sector. Highly trained and qualified staff are employed, supported and supervised to provide the right services, the right way
